Our Policies

Our site is simple, because we know you don't have time for anything else. Our lifts get to you quickly and our prices are the best around. You won't find lower prices anywhere. Our electric, gas & propane powered scissor lifts & our diesel & gas powered booms will be to your work site when you need them, at the prices you want them. Don't settle for 2nd hand equipment that will let you down when you need to get up to your work. Please email us with any questions.

We will do our best to match or beat any rental price of same equipment in our local deliver area. Our philosophy is, 'It sounds like fun'. We strive to have the lowest rental prices with the best equipment. Simply provide us with a written quote from another rental company. We Refuse to Let Any Company have more Fun than Us. Just try Us. We'll Deliver it, Beat their Price, Drink their Beers and Laugh about it. Our prices are low and we have fun doing it.

Our low rental prices and wide same day or next day delivery to our local delivery areas.
In order for us to maintain the Lowest Rental Prices in the industry, we request Pre-payment of All Accounts. If you wish to establish an open account, please ask us about any additional charges that may apply. Our Preferred Payment method is with your Credit Card using Google Checkout. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover Cards.

Delivery & Pickup Fees

Our fees are simple:

• Delivery is Free!
• Pick up is $99 per lift up to 40'
• Lifts and booms above 40' are $149 each
• Extended Pick up Areas may incur additional charges
• Delivery into Manhattan, Philadelphia incurs an additional charge. Call for quote
• Toll Charges are not included and will be charged additionally.
• Sales Taxes are Charged according to local laws

We Keep Our Prices Low by Pre-billing for Pickup and your First period ( day, week, month) that you choose. Once you keep the Machine long enough to cover the next largest period, you are automatically charged at that LOWER RATE. In Other words, if You Choose Daily, and you keep the Machine for ( 7 ) DAYS, you RATE will be ADJUSTED to WEEKLY for the PREVIOUS ( 7 ) DAYS. We encourage Our Customers to Continue to Use our Equipment at Their CONVENIENCE. Lifts not cancelled by 10 AM will be charged for another day. Open accounts are available at Higher Rates. The Lift Rental Agreement will Continue until you cancel it by phone, email or in person. We will assume you wish to continue using the equipment and continue billing you until you cancel by phone, email or in person. Email or call us Toll Free at 866-423-0414.

Additional Delivery Fees

Our basic delivery fees are calculated based on a 50 mile radius from each rental center. If your delivery is beyond this distance, an 'Extended Delivery Fee' will be added. Also, toll charges and fees are never included and will be added. Please call for more information concerning additional delivery fees.

Fuel Surcharge

Machines that require diesel, gas or propane are delivered full. You have the option to return the machine full, if not you will be charged a per gallon fee of $6.50. We charge a fuel charge in advance per machine, based on the length of rental and size of machine. If the machine is returned with a full tank, we happily refund any unused fuel charge.

Insurance Policy

We require all customers to provide Discount Lift Rentals with proof of business liability insurance. Please have WIRL, Inc. added as a 'Certificate Holder'. Your insurance company will do this for free. If you can not provide us with a copy of your business liability insurance a fee for insurance of 14% of the rental amount will be added to your invoice. Please email us with any questions.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If it gives you trouble, give us a call and we will do everything humanly possible to fix it. Please email or call us immediately us if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We will be happy to bring you a different scissor lift or repair your scissor lift at our discretion and credit you fully for any days that machines fail. We do Our Best to Deliver Quality Reliable Machines that HELP you get your Work Done. We Try to keep a Smile on our Faces and a Good Spirit when we Deal with a Problem, Hopefully, You will do the same. We Work Hard to Solve Every issue, Every Time. We value customer service and do everything in our power to insure our customers are satisfied. Our drivers operate from 7 AM to 5 PM normal business days. We cannot be responsible for Acts of God, and of course, customer abuse. Also, usage of lifts or booms outside normal business hours is not supported at discount rates. If you wish to operate your machine outside of normal business hours, please contact us for additonal rates, this includes evenings & weekends.

Definitions

Day - A Day is equal to one (1) eight hour work shift. Normally during day light hours. Week - A Week is equal to (5) eight hour work shifts in a (7) day week. Normally, Monday through Friday, not including major Holidays. Month - A Month is equal to (20) eight hour work shifts in (28) day period. Not including major Holidays. Major Holidays include Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, July 4th, Memorial Day & Labor Day. We do our best to calculate 'Work Days' and keep our lifts working during these shifts. Customers requiring use of lifts and booms in the evenings, on weekends, for double shifts, et cetera, may be charged additionally. Please notify us if you are utilizing your lifts during these periods. We can not guarantee service outside normal work shifts.
